Privacy Policy for Kids First Center

Divorce is a deeply personal and private issue for families. It is the goal of the Kids First Center to make our facility a safe and comfortable environment in which children and parents can share feelings and receive helpful information. For this reason, all staff, volunteers, board members and program participants are required to conform to the following rules of confidentiality.

• All information and correspondence regarding the Kids First Center and its clientele is treated as confidential.
• No private or identifying information is discussed with anyone other than the executive director, Kids First Center staff or Kids First facilitator.
• Information regarding the clientele of the Kids First Center will not be released to anyone.
• All registration and intake forms are treated as confidential information.
