Engaging and interactive support groups designed for kids in grades four through nine whose families are experiencing a separation, a divorce, or a difficult post-separation time. Blending families are common place, but often are difficult to navigate for both parent and child. Other parents, for a multitude of reasons, have had little or no involvement with their children. The concept of “the traditional family” is changing rapidly. Kids First Center welcomes all.
This remote experience will be a resilience and skill building group meeting after school once a week for four weeks on Zoom. Participants can live anywhere and will be able to join us remotely as long as they have internet access and a device. Each participant will receive a kit from the Kids First Center with everything they will need to join the group. The groups will be facilitated by a social worker and social work interns.
The Kids First Center has been providing support for children for over fifteen years and is thrilled to be able to provide the Kids First for Kids! remotely. Enroll your child today and join us for Kids First for Kids! Remote.
